These Terms govern your use of BaseStriker — the website at basestriker.xyz, the game application at app.basestriker.xyz, and the backend API at api.basestriker.xyz (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must not be a resident of, or located in, any country, region, or list (OFAC SDN, EU sanctions, UN sanctions) that prohibits use of the Service. You are solely responsible for verifying that playing the Service and using stablecoins on the Base network is legal where you live.
In-game upgrades ("Shop items") are purchased by sending USDC directly from your wallet to the BaseStriker treasury wallet on the Base network. All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Once a USDC transfer is confirmed on-chain, the corresponding inventory is credited to your wallet's profile and the transaction cannot be reversed. We do not custody your funds; we do not initiate transfers on your behalf.
You are responsible for paying any applicable gas fees (paid in ETH on Base) and for ensuring you transact on the correct network. Transfers sent to the wrong address or wrong chain cannot be recovered by us.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, seed phrase, and any device on which the wallet is installed. We never have access to your seed phrase or private keys and cannot recover lost wallets. If you lose access to your wallet, your in-game inventory and lifetime POINTS tied to that wallet are permanently inaccessible.
We may suspend any wallet's ability to earn rewards, climb the leaderboard, or progress missions for any breach of these Terms. Suspension does not seize any tokens — anything in your wallet stays in your wallet. We may also disable or block access to the Service from any IP address, region, or wallet at our sole discretion, including in response to legal process or to protect the integrity of the Service.
All game art, sound, source code, game design, level layouts, and branding are © the BaseStriker contributors and licensed only for your personal use within the Service. You may not redistribute, fork the client and re-host it under a different brand, train AI models on the assets without consent, or use the BaseStriker name / logo to label or endorse any other product.
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure including but not limited to: the Base network (a Layer 2 maintained by Coinbase and the Base team), USDC (issued by Circle), wallet providers (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, etc.), RPC endpoints, and certificate authorities. We are not responsible for outages, bugs, fees, or losses caused by these third parties.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SCORE-ATTESTATION SYSTEM IS CHEAT-PROOF, THAT THE LEADERBOARD WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE, OR THAT YOUR DATA WILL BE PRESERVED INDEFINITELY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE BASESTRIKER CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES IS CAPPED AT USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT OF USDC YOU SPENT ON THE SHOP IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the BaseStriker contributors from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the BaseStriker contributors' principal place of operation (currently Ukraine), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes must first be raised informally via the contact email below. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective" date and (where reasonable) communicated via the in-game UI. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
