BaseStriker is a video game. Nothing on this site, in the game, in the documentation, or in any social-media account associated with BaseStriker constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice. If you are unsure whether playing or paying for upgrades is appropriate for you, consult an independent advisor first.
BaseStriker does not issue any token. In-game POINTS, ships, weapons, and other inventory items are not securities, not equity, not debt, not a share of revenue, and not a promise of future value. There is no expectation of profit derived from the efforts of others. Money you spend on shop upgrades should be treated the same way as money you spend in any other arcade game — gone the moment the transaction confirms.
The Service accepts payment in USDC on the Base network. USDC is a stablecoin issued by Circle, and its peg to the US dollar depends on Circle's solvency, banking access, and reserve management — none of which we control. USDC has de-pegged in the past and could again. The Base network is a Layer 2 rollup operated by Coinbase; outages, censorship, sequencer failures, or governance changes can prevent transactions from confirming. We are not responsible for any loss caused by USDC de-peg, network outage, gas price spikes, RPC unavailability, or any other infrastructure failure outside our control.
You hold your own keys. We never have access to your wallet seed phrase or private keys. If you lose your wallet, you lose access to your inventory and to any USDC you have not yet spent. We cannot recover lost wallets. We cannot reverse transactions. We cannot freeze stolen funds. We will never DM you asking for your seed phrase — anyone who does is a scammer.
BaseStriker does not deploy or operate any smart contracts of its own. The in-game shop sends a standard ERC-20 transfer() from your wallet directly to a treasury wallet that we control. You do not grant us any allowance, you do not call any custom contract, and you do not lock up any funds. That said: bugs in your wallet, bugs in the underlying USDC contract, or bugs in Base infrastructure could affect transactions. We are not responsible for losses caused by such third-party bugs.

Anything else is fake. The Service may be paused, throttled, geo-restricted, taken offline for maintenance, or discontinued entirely at any time, with or without notice. The leaderboard may be reset, missions may be retired, and shop prices may change. Continued play after any such change indicates your acceptance.
The legal status of stablecoins, on-chain games, and crypto payments varies by country and changes frequently. You are responsible for verifying that using the Service is legal in your jurisdiction. We may geo-block access to the Service from any region without notice in response to legal, regulatory, or sanctions guidance.
Features described in the landing page, whitepaper (if any), roadmap, or social posts represent intent at the time of writing — not commitments. We may pivot, deprecate features, change pricing, redesign the economy, or stop development entirely. Funds you spend on shop items will not be refunded if a feature ships differently than described, or never ships at all.
Playing arcade games can be addictive. If you find yourself spending more than you intended on upgrades, take a break. There is no enforced spending cap on our side — that decision is yours. Resources for problem-gambling support are available at BeGambleAware.org and similar national hotlines.
